Paperbacks
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your book to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@alexblakely.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kinclond Publishing Inc. P.O. Box 31, Milton, Ontario Canada L9T 2Y3
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at refunds@alexblakely.com.

Ebooks
Since ebooks are a digital product and there is no way to return the ebook once you have downloaded it, we cannot offer a refund.
If you are having trouble downloading your ebook, you can contact the support team by clicking the help button in the upper right hand corner of the download page or by going to BookFunnel at https://bookfunnel.com/help/. They will be happy to help resolve your issue.
Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
